Types of Information Collected.
We collect two types of information about the Users of our Site: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using our Site.
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this Site, such as including but not limited to submitting information through the Career page, submitting information for the Consumer Insights Panel, filling out a survey, sending us feedback, or entering a contest, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. It is completely voluntary for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information, including but not limited to your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), email address, telephone number and/or other personal identifying information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include geographic, hardware and software information such as what type of browser you are using or mobile device type, and which URL (Uniform Resource Locator) you just came from or where you go to next and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
Collection Methods and Use of Information.
We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you: (a) register your email address with us to be included in one of our databases; (b) enter contests sponsored by us or participate in surveys; (c) submit information via the Career page; and/or (d) send email messages, submit forms and/or transmit other information by telephone, letter and/or email. If you voluntarily provide us with your Personally Identifiable Information, you agree to do so honestly and you agree that we may place you in our databases. We may also collect information from you at other points on our Site that state that such information is being collected. In addition, we may also collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. We may also obtain information about you that is publically available such as information you decide to post on a social media site and for which you will be solely responsible for such postings.
We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to enhance the operation of our Site, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site use, improve our product and service offerings, and customize our Site's content, layout, and services. We may add your Personally Identifiable Information to one of our databases so that we may contact you in the future, including but not limited to communicating with you via in writing, telephone and/or email about product information, in response to consumer inquiries, customer service related questions, special offers, surveys and/or any other consumer feedback opportunities. We may use Personally Identifiable Information as it relates to your submissions via the Career page and/or to enforce our agreements with you.
Release of Information.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others unless required to do so by law. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
We may also provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about traffic patterns and related Site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

You may correct Personally Identifiable Information provided to us by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your name, address, and email address when you contact us. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may Opt-Out from receiving information from us at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also ask at any time to have your information deleted or removed; however, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.
